Located in Fraser, The Birdie Lounge brings together golf, food, drinks, and good times in one of the Fraser Valley’s most unique hangout spots. With four indoor golf simulator bays, massive 16-foot 4K screens, thousands of courses to play, a full bar, local drafts, paninis, and snacks, it’s the perfect spot for après-ski, a night with friends, or keeping your golf game alive all winter. Even better, The Birdie Lounge is locally owned by Dylan, a former Winter Park Freeski athlete. From growing up as part of our program to now supporting the next generation of Winter Park Freeski athletes, Dylan and The Birdie Lounge represent exactly what makes our local ski community special.
Located in downtown Winter Park at Cooper Creek Square, Big Trout Brewing is a locally owned, family-operated brewpub serving award-winning craft beer alongside a full food menu. Owners Tom and Emily Caldwell have called Grand County home since 2006, and Big Trout was built around their love of craft beer, the outdoors, and giving back to the community. Their high-efficiency brewing system also reduces water use and grain waste, helping protect the mountain environment they call home.
